2024 was an exceptional year for us, characterized by exciting partnerships with new and long-standing customers as well as exciting developments. In addition to the plans we developed for the INNO-VERSE at the beginning of the year, many other ideas were created in collaboration with you — our users. These have inspired us to further develop the platform in order to make your work more efficient, easier and smoother.
At the center of our developments this year were our AI tools, which not only shorten long work processes, but also significantly simplify them. The AI Insights, AI Research and most recently the AI Trend Radar have been available to you users since this year. They are easy to use, require no technical know-how and at the same time deliver impressive results — from exciting reports and detailed analyses to valuable insights into the world of trends. They not only make work more efficient, but also enable you to concentrate on what's important: strategic decisions.

At the beginning of the year, we focused entirely on bulletin boards and introduced practical innovations. With simple bulletin boards, you can quickly and easily record your ideas — without complicated settings or participant management. Just put it on and go! The extended bulletin boards with full functionality are still available for more demanding tasks.
For more complex requirements, the extended bulletin boards with full functionality are reserved for administrators.
Another highlight: standard personal bulletin boards. Predefined bulletin boards can be provided for each hub, which are available to all users as soon as they get started. A perfect start to a year full of organization and structure!

In March, we redesigned the navigation of the hub — clearer, more modern and even more user-friendly. Instead of the previous menu items such as bulletin board or trend radar, you will now find Dashboards, Workspaces, Tools and Content.
The highlight of this release is the completely new workspace concept, which focuses on relevant topics. With one click, you open the workspace dashboard, where you can easily view all tools and information. With CoCreator Insights, our AI provides you with smart reports and recommendations — based on your specific requirements.
The tools page has also received an update: It now serves as a central point of contact for the hub's entire tool landscape, including filter and search functions.
The update was rounded off by a renaming of key terms to reflect the new logic — bulletin boards are now called Innoboards, workspaces became workspaces, the innovation compass became content. With this release, usability has been raised to a new level.

In May, we introduced AI Research, a tool that takes your research to a whole new level. Instead of spending hours collecting information yourself, you can now have AI-generated reports created for every question — based on daily web sources that you can review yourself, structured in clear results.
Templates such as trend scouting or technology analysis help you get started. The results are presented in widgets, which you can flexibly edit and even customize. And share? Easier than ever! Whether internally in the hub or with external partners, AI Research makes it possible.
AI research is a real turning point: What used to be laborious and time-consuming is now fast, flexible and incredibly efficient. This not only saved us time, but also took a big step towards smart working.

In July, we equipped AI Research with new features that make your work even more flexible. With the file upload, you can now integrate individual files directly into your research and with the runs, you can carry out searches multiple times and simply compare the results. This makes AI Research even better suited to your individual needs.
In August, we equipped your hub with a completely redesigned dashboard. The new homepage is not only tidier and clearer, but also completely customizable. With features like Search + Create, you can quickly search for tools or create new ones directly from the header, while the onboarding maps provide you with useful tips that can be customized by Hub Managers. The pinned tools for quick access and clear organization of favorites are also new.
Another highlight: INNO-VERSE mobile! The platform is now also mobile, so you can easily use the most important areas of your hub while on the go. The previous mobile app will be discontinued by the end of December 2024, as the hub is now optimized directly on mobile devices.
This update not only gives you flexibility, but also a new era of usability — perfect for anyone who wants to experience innovation anywhere!

September brought two exciting new features to INNO-VERSE: Dynamic Collections and the brand-new Trend Library.
Dynamic Collections make curating content easier and more flexible. Thanks to dynamic filters, articles are now added automatically based on defined rules — updated daily and without any manual effort. Of course, you can still add or remove content yourself.
The Trend Library summarizes everything about trends in one place: From an overview of megatrends and macro trends to individual trend sets, which you can group and manage thematically in administration, everything is included. The trend profiles also provide you with more detailed information, including the latest innovations.
This update creates both more structure and the basis for working smarter with trends and innovations.

In November, we achieved another major milestone: The AI trend radar takes trend assessment to a whole new level by integrating powerful AI functions.
One highlight is the AI trend suggestion: Simply enter a topic and the AI will provide you with a list of relevant trends that you can individually evaluate. In addition, the AI trend rating automatically takes over the evaluation based on background information in your hub and makes qualitative recommendations.
The new radar focuses on macro trends, which you can evaluate together with AI or in a user-defined way, while megatrends serve as a guide. User-defined questions and a completely new survey interface make evaluation more flexible than ever, while the redesigned results page with various chart types and detailed statistics gives you maximum insight.

This year, we have laid the foundation for further changes in INNO-VERSE. We will continue to develop our AI tools in the coming year. But above all, we will focus on you and your data. AI Research, AI Trend Radar and other tools will help you not only use data from the Internet as a basis for reports and analyses, but also to evaluate your own data and documents (e.g. from hundreds of your PDFs and texts) and thus provide you with highly personalized analyses and answers to your questions. Your data is of course safe.
