General Data Protection Regulation

The protection of personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO or Data Protection Adaptation Act 2018, Telecommunications Act 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Data processing of existing and potential customers

We process your personal data either

  • to carry out pre-contractual measures or to fulfill our contractual obligations (Art 6 Para 1 lit b DSGVO) in the context of software usage and license agreements or consulting and support services

  • based on your consent (Art 6 Para 1 lit a GDPR), if you give us your consent to be named as a reference; and

  • to fulfill our legal obligations (Art 6 Para 1 lit c GDPR).

The processing of your data primarily serves to carry out and process our services. If you do not want to provide us with your data, we cannot enter into a contractual relationship with you. You can revoke your consent to be used as a reference at any time.

We will use your contact details to send you our newsletter by email and also to send you information about our range of services and any invitations to events organized by our company by post or email (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). You have the right to object to this processing of your data for the purpose of direct advertising at any time without giving reasons by sending us a letter or an email to office@in-manas.com. We will process your data for this purpose as long as you do not object, but only up to three years after the end of the contract. The processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct advertising is not required for the processing of our contractual relationship.

For other forms of direct advertising, we will only process your data if you have given your express consent to the processing of your data (Art 6 Para 1 lit a GDPR). If you have consented to the data processing, you can revoke this consent without giving reasons by writing to us or by email to office@in-manas.com. The revocation does not affect the legality of the previous processing.

In order to achieve these intended purposes, it may be necessary in some cases for us to disclose your data to other recipients. This disclosure may be made by transmission, dissemination or any other form of delivery. See point 6.

Data processing of suppliers and business partners

We process your personal data either

  • to carry out pre-contractual measures or to fulfill our contractual obligations (Art 6 Para 1 lit b DSGVO);

  • to fulfill our legal obligations (Art 6 Para 1 lit c GDPR)

The processing of your data primarily serves to initiate, maintain and process our contracts for goods and services.

In order to achieve these intended purposes, it may be necessary in some cases for us to disclose your data to other recipients. This disclosure may be made by transmission, dissemination or any other form of delivery. If you do not provide us with your data, we cannot enter into a business relationship with you.

Data processing of applicants

We process your personal data either

  • to carry out pre-contractual measures (e.g. conclusion of a service contract, Art 6 Para 1 lit b GDPR),

  • based on your express consent (Art 6 Para 1 lit a GDPR), if we would like to keep you as an applicant on record,

  • to fulfill our legal obligations (registration as an employee with social security, Art 6 Para 1 lit c GDPR).

The processing of your data serves to process the application process and register with social security if we hire you. If you do not provide us with your data, we will not be able to process your application.

In order to achieve these intended purposes, it may be necessary in some cases for us to disclose your data to other recipients. This disclosure may be made by transmission, dissemination or any other form of delivery. See point 6
